The users on the tracker cannot browse torrents or see catagories. If they have admin status they can..... I don't see the setting for this in settings or Levels. Anybody know how to fix this?
Issue 2:
The tracker makes new announce to the forum as selected, but for some strange reason the forum changes all '
?' to '
&'
Edit 2: I just realized also that the warning box that appears about commenting on torrents... also replaces ? with & so links there are dead as well.

I tried editing manually, and tried making my own links.
but no matter what it changes this to &.
but only inside of urls for some reason.
Dunno if this is bug, or my system messing it up.
Bump: I am pretty sure it is my system, cause it started functioning properly, and I made no changes.
