Also if you see errors check the bloody error logs.
Your PHP error logs are normally something like /var/log/apache/error.log
And u232 stores mysqli errors in something like /sqlerr_logs
Make sure that above one is writeable by the webserver or you want have any.
Then when you get this kind of problem you can actually come back with the error the system is spewing out.
How did you set up the second user. Once you have the first one created (Sysop) then goto the admin panel and add a user from there.
