wow, i can remember this arguement in shout, i did hear wtf say he had your theme but something wrong with his internet. maybe his internet is still down? if he is messed you around then im afraid not alot you can do but to try dispute with paypal again. you should be carefull who you pay money to (after all we do not know each other WELL do we?) but that does not mean there are not good users here as there is alot of trustworthy users. all i can say is be carefull in future, hope wtf sticks to his guns and refunds or gives you your code you paid for. your right he is recognised as a designer here, which sad to say can effect other designers who are genuine. i personally like to help others if i have time for free, i dont ask for money, one time i was down there getting help too/and still am (but not down there lol im up a little now), donations are appreciated as a thank you, but not as a bill.
