Hello, as some of you know the member called "wtf" is here in the designer team, so I trusted that person.
We made the following deal:
- I will pay him $20 using PayPal.
- He will design/code a TBdev theme.
He said he would finish the deal on Saturday.
Anyway I waited untill Sunday, and I contacted him I really thought I was scammed by him so I asked the shoutbox for help.
I opened a dispute @ paypal.
Later the member "wtf" contacted me again and said he had some internet connection problems. I believed him and I didn't wanted to work with him further so I asked for a refund... He said close the dispute and I will refund you. So I closed the dispute and waited on him, but no replies from email/pm :(
NOTE: After you closed a dispute @ paypal you cannot re-open it...
