seed does not work

on my TTCE i have upload a torrent, the seeder and leecher appear but the download does not work.
Have you a idea ? thanks
Bump: i have this error msg : Connection limit exceeded! You may only leech froum one location"
but i leech with just one location, i have test with another user and another ip, does not work
Bump: This message has no reason to appear, I followed what was stated here to work around the problem: https://torrenttrader-mods.pw/index.php?/topic/17835-tracker-fail-connection-limit -exceeded / and now the torrent appears in "run" but the download does not launch
