First you need to go localhost/phpmyadmin
Login in phpmyadmin.
Then create new database example -> yse
Then write in adress bar -> localhost/install
And click next,next when runs installator and at the beggining in installation wizard where ask enter your databse name -? use -> yse <- who you created with phpmyadmin
