file get contents function Help
Hello I'm having porblems trying to setup up fts 1.1 on my windows server running wamp 2.0i when ever FTS does my server check it always has the exclamation mark blinking next to file_get_contents function support exists: I've tried every thing I can thing of any idea on how to fix this ?
