simple ... just change your login.php to look something like that .. create your own image and then you can use it as the background of a DIV or table and place your text fields over the top of it (theres actually loads of ways to place the image depending on how you want it too look)

for added security you could use mod_rewrite if you have apache (dont think theres an alternative for lighttp or nginx but i may be wrong) and just rewrite the login.php url so that it dont actually show login.php at the top .. i'll not say why thats better as its a bit obvious :P

create an image you want and maybe we'll help once you have the image or layout u want
