if you want to use it like it's mostly used request for it to be modified
but for now it's for sidebar
for this mod i basicly exploited "help" function what's a part of pmbt

to install download attached php
then move it to "you're pmbt install directory /blocks/"
replace file whats in there

to use just make include like this
include("blocks/newestmember_block.php");
