Version 2.3 preview
I decide release PRE 7 v2.3 version by me. This version includes all previous fixes, but still it's in BETA version.
So whats new:
Optimized block-stats.php
Added Latvian flag which was missing
And some fixes which i don't remember - security and other.
Removed MYBB forum.
Nothing big but this is not easy to fix this baby:D
In this version will be MOVIE TAG modification. It means you can add video from YOUTUBE.
