Start XAMPP up and go to
http://127.0.0.1/security/index.php in your browser and set your username and password for MYSQL which is used for your secrets.php
And this part aint exactly rocket science, set this as your base url in bittorrent.php
http://127.0.0.1/xampp/foldername
