i think the whole thing is you have cheat detection- is how you set up, for example you speed limit 2mbps if anyone goes over this limit it states maybe acheating but the point is nowadays with gig connection you aint no real chance my personal opinion you should have your staff trained up for this
and for these ratio cheats even now on the latest code you cant catch them
simple terms:

i use ratio mater which is the oldest versioon of cheat software out
you cant catch me as im not the idiot that trys to upload 20gig in a second i can leave it running all day with a trackle of say 30kbs how would you know if the torrent has seeders and leechers

google seba14 and check out utorrent stealth and 100X upload which is more fun to use and trust me some poeple i know use this alot on ipt tleech revtt and many more and have done for a good while with no captures/bans--show me your tracker ill do it to you to prove a point on how easy it is
