i had this problem before..but i solved this something like this...
i exported everything from sql after i make it a reinstall (only from step to create Owner... and overwrite the part of sql with my created user:)
if i didn't explained well or didn't understand write to me a pm and i will try to tell you step by step :)
i don't know any other options....but i believe it's possible from CONFIG folder..to make modifications.
