500 Internal Server Error

I have YSE Pre6 by kp380lv but i get error when i upload all file through ftp and insert tables in sql. Picture in attachment.

Could be a few reasons.
Where are you uploading this source too?

Well i have hosting where i test it. On my second account everything works perfect!

do you have any htaccess files?
if so try removing them
