bug ? error torrent not found on this tracker?

i had this error torrent not found on this tracker but the torrent was found in MySQL data base both in the torrent and file database and on the site but it had no seeds dead ,re downloaded it made no different still sayed torrent not found on this tracker ,had to re uploading it to make it seed again any fix for this would be nice,had 15 torrents this way this morning and the site only been up a week, here my site http://ghostufo.info/ghostufo
i am running FTS 1.1

maybe you changed something in anounce.php
I am for a while now playing with it
but this bug I have not met
