which files hold the welcome pm? i need to change it to fit with the rules for my site

it's somewhere in language files! let me know if you can find it & I think I need to change that too so when you find it let me know :drink:

finally found it after going around the block to look for it its in

include/languages/english/signup.lang

starting on line 73 ending line 78
