announce.php

Hello, I have a problem with announce.php I uploaded a test torrent to my torrent site, and I download that torrent from the site.
I opeded torrent with uTorrent in other pc and I saw "status: HTTP Error 403"

Why I see this?

instalation problem

i go through the process and i am getting this error

when you get Access denied for user it means you didn`t set the right user and password to connect to the database
check step 2 of the setup:

2) Open file /includes/secrets.php and edit it - set up variable

$db_user as your's database username
$db_pass as database user's password and set up variable
$db_name as database name.

issues

it wont run proper ever on byehost free hosting due to them limiting everything on the cp
plus you always get redirected to another website like myfacebook or loans as must be 20000 sites on the same ip lol

I've made a forum from admin panel , the permissions i set them , but i can't see the forum , when i click "Forums" tab , i've got this " This board has no forums "

what can i do ?

somewhere in admin panel you must make categories first
