external torrents using torrent editor
 

hi guys what i want is i wana let my site to accept any torrent.file from other sites on upload on my site and automaticlly redownload after upload it but i need my Announce URL add it on the torrent file that is ben redownlaod and the other announce URL from other site it will be remove so only will be my announce URL add it on it
