Interesting post, but i've a question :
Is it safe to OC PCI ? Some tutorials advice to block PCI freq at a specific value.

The Over Clocking was done by the company that I bought the PC from and were kept within safe percentages.

i have a PC from 2008
every piece in it was chosen by me since i love to work with PC hardware
today is not so powerfull anymore but it still works ok for my needs
