Bravo List - Have you ever seen that after Forum install?

I 've installed forum, as i have done many times before but after all done the forum looks like in the photo, and all links and icons are this form

instead of

and of course wichever button you push it returns HTTP 404 error! any ideas why this happens?
I am using the 2.04 Golden release...i've been away since the 2.01 does anyone know what to do to fix this?
