Well, I don't know what source are you using (did not specify one), but I do know somethin' for sure: on a production server... the php exec function is disabled by default. This function basically gives direct commands to the host operating system.... so you might understand ones reasons for disabling it.

please delete server load block in admin cp blocks and your site working
