torrent is not valid bencoding HELP ME

Hello all, im using tbdev 2009.
When im uploading a torrent i have an error : "torrent is not valid bencoding".
what i supposed to do?
its only in this host, in other web host its working.

did you ever thought to update your code to the newest standards and client protocols ?

no, i need to update benc.php, no ?
but its weird in other webhost it is working.

yep the benc.php and i believe it was answered in the forums multiple times
well it depends on how you configure your server
