An small site could run ok on an vps.. Ofcourse if you got an mill peer site like what.cd then cant use an vps LOL

I def would not pick and usa based on or even canada based.. Canada passed an data retention law. Even vpns want to move away from canada now..

I think get an vps for now once out grow it then goto dedicated server.. Not everyone made of money to sink 40uk+ an month into an server that will not even use full power when starting an site lol..
