They are taking applications for joining at their IRC channel.
I got in, luckily, you need to know ALOT about encodings, filetypes and formats, bitrates, conversionrates, sources and so on. Unless you're a total Audioholic who knows absolutely everything about the various bitrates of an MP3, then sure.. Give it a shot! You might get in!
