ok lets get to the point im seting up a new theme for TSSE 4.3 its almost done but cant find solution how to change two things

first of all is how to move this donation div a bit lower so it wont cover the banner

problem 1

need to edit line 99 in style.css

i actually move it up but ....

bold part is changed in orginal file are only first two setting


problem 2

all i need to do is fill with black (in did it in PSD and save with web optymalization) this file >> footer.jpg you will find this file in >> include>>style theme>>"theme name">>images
