I have a problem with encoding...My language is with č ė

Tracker Settings --> THEME & LANGUAGE Settings
Default Character Set? UTF-8
Character Set for Ajax Scripts? UTF-8

that usually work but then you need to edit up all uploaded torrents in different encoding but from now and on it should work using this setup

what's the database collation?

was latin1 but i rewrite to utf8_general_ci

well try everything fresh
i..e before installing collation utf8_general_ci, then install then make theme to utf-8 then it should work right

EDIT: for language files make sure they're unicode, I use notepad++ to convert to unicode
