Problem with Hosting!!!!

I buy new hosting and i have a problem with tracker installation on server!OS LINUX

CHMOD what i need to do with that?

Just like it says CHMOD 777 the folders and files marked with the exclamation sign !

Right click on those files/folders and change their permissions from 644 to 777
