500 Internal Server Error (Again)

Well, I already posted about this some time ago but now I have this problem again. I don't know how I fixed it before (can't remember :D).
I attached the picture where you can see where's my problem.
I think it's because I have .htaccess file but when I remove it I get another error. Where's the problem? :/

The problem isn`t in htacces! Hmm the problem should be on youre pc are you runing any Skype?

This error can only be resolved by fixes to the Web server software. It is not a client-side problem. It is up to the operators of the Web server site to locate and analyse the logs which should give further information about the error.

When I don't turn off Skype XAMPP don't even work!:lol:

Of course I turn it off. Well, I will have hosting soon and I hope there won't be any problems!
