I have problem with upload !

I'm new here and I have a problem, I installed FTS1.2.3 final and when I upload a torrent i have this error

         Upload failed!  

External Torrents upload disabled

PLease help me ... what i have to do ?:wallbash:
I have upload a picture in attachements.

I would have to say go to admin pannel and inable external torrents?:unknown:

I have enabled "Enable external torrents update" in cpanel , and when upload torrent now say's [

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\xampp\htdocs\include\cleanup.php on line 29

and torent is uploaded.

Help me please i don't know what have to do.

that is a php function not a script function

thank you ... i have activated function cURL in php.ini and it's work
