so what is the best tracker source that i should use to open a tracker and i need some hosting ideas and what hosting plan should i use for start btw i`m from romania and i think some mobile payment or sms payment will be great ....

i have a great idea for a new tracker, it will be the only one like that ... i`m sure it will grow very fast

first of all you'll need an webhost that allow torrent trackers...
about the source, i'n my oppinion best source is: installer09 ( http://installer09.me ) .
Than you'll need some php + mysql + html skillz :D

well i just downloaded that source and i will get into some modification about the host dtill waiting some direction and maybe some more ideas about the what source should i use thank you
