Forum, flags and error for YSE PRE7 2.2

:sos: I'm looking for a TBDev forum for Yuna Scatari Edition PRE7 2.2
I need some animated flags too. So please help me. :sos:
Oh yeah. Almost forgot. When I try to upload a torrent I get this error:

What is it and how can i fix it?

Increase allowed memory in php.ini
