After installation is finished, xbtit 2.3.0 (r710) says

i don`t speak greek but i guess first error is because, after install, you need to delete the file install.php and you didn`t
and something about the forum but again i don`t know greek

the database error i don`t know what it is

As the error says, you're missing the salt field in the xbtit_users table
if you've updated from an older version of xbtit then you may need to manually run the sql queries in:

upgrade/Security Suite - Extra SQL.sql
upgrade/smf2_and_ipb_extra_sql.sql

This will alter the table structure appropriately.
