Ideas Needed - New Tracker - Good Hosting Solution
 

Hello BVListers.

So, me and a partner is looking for a good host to open up a torrent website on.

The host should of course have no DMCA compliances and of course SMTP that follows (if possible, we have had trouble so far with the SMTP part! sadly!)

Any ideas would be very appreciative!
