i suggest you just disable captcha image so it would be easier to login everytime IP changes

why is your IP changing in first place? my IP doesn't change for months if MAC Address doesn't change i.e. if you hooked to same router my IP never changes from my ISP

If you're running DSL make sure to limit your upload stream so it will prevent it from crashing! Also check if you have proper line filters in place

that IP check for TS is safety method and seriously it's embedded deep in code and doesn't worth hunting it down, unless you do major of the work of finding the code then I can try to help you disable it (SO NO FREE MEAL)
so if you want to help yourself in changing that the files in /include/ look at them and try to find where it checks for IP after you that you will understand why I can't just help your right away because there is just too much code to look at and I didn't write the code for it
