Download torrent problem #2

Unable to download torrent, wrong torrent file..
How to fix this problem?

Where is problem in download.php or announace.php ?
I use SeedSource v1.0

firstly this source never got finished so will need some completing to make it fully functional.

make sure the setttings are correctly entered.
