External Torrent Scraping Error!...

When i try to refresh the external tracker's core with scrape-external.php link (photo1), i get (picture2) not refreshing and stucking there, without even show footer as you can see...either my server blocks something or...something's wrong!

By the way my external torrent is on nyaa.eu...
