Help-error not authorized
 

i serched in forums but i didnt see for this can help me when our uploader upload an seed they have error not authorized an users when download have the same error help me please

I think you have to go to Tracker Settings > Manage Staff Team and add there the username and the userid from the uploader.

i zant add uploaders in staff team only mods and admins anda sysops can add help me userse get the same error how can fix this

nemos ,,edit each user and give them 1 gig download credit..if you look to each user they have a ratio that says inf,,if you add download credit then they get a ratio and then they can download,the error goes away,for some reason cos everyone has infinite ratio the tracker cant see it..maybe the messiah Nightcrawler can come up with a fix for it
