you mention xammp but can i install in a shared wehost per exemple?

Yes, you can install on the host and localhost !

Where is the config.php, to put db information?
or it is not necessary?

include/maxsecrets.php edit databese

$mysql_host = "host";
$mysql_user = "user";
$mysql_pass = "password";
$mysql_db = "database";

look in the include folder in there config.php add the db there:drink:

Again please attach the files so that they are not in an .exe file as not everyone using windows!!

I now done this.
