Someone can help with this error: Error: expected value (list, dict, int or string) in bencoded string

I'm using a torrent trade source code, try to change all no 'mvc' source code is on my git

upload, decode/encode and download ok.
i'm using the app\controllers\annouce.php as route

after download the file Deluge say: Announce Sent and then Error: expected.....

i dont know if the code on announce.php lines 491-504 is right or the problem is in the encode file
