It is recommended to use the nginx web server for hosting this software. For this reason
sample config files for nginx will be included.

Requirements
PHP 5.3.0 or higher
Memcached Server

Required PHP Modules:
memcached - Not to be confused with memcache module or the server name
gd
zlib
mbstring
hash
exif
igbinary

Supported DB Drivers:
mysql
mysqli

Optional PHP Modules:
apc - Highly recommended
geoip - Highly recommended
bz2

Extract the folders:

public_up_html
&
tracker_html to your root

Haven't had time to test it, if someone want to test it please let us know if will work or not :smack:

There is however a few useful classes in public_up_html/include/classes
