convert users from torrent_users table to phpbb_users table?

What sql command do i need to copy all torrent_users table and convert it to phpbb_users table?i just set up the forum and the only user for phpbb3 is the admin i set up...

Thanks Joe, if i got it correct, it imports the users one by one, and you have to repeat the proccess for all missing users...

also u could compare your table to new table .. And do it that way...
