[TT & H-Tracker] LV Language

i was looking for this one but didn't find it so thats why i share mine
not 100% right but better than nothing

copy table "languages" from full database.sql
change vaule "english.lang" to "latviesu.lang"
call language as deault
then deleate old table "languges" via phpmyadmin
and upload new one
that shoud do the work

more simple

run n your SQL

INSERT INTO `languages` (`id`, `uri`, `name`) VALUES

(100, 'latviesu.lang', 'Latviesu');

& upload your latviesu.lang in "languages" folder
