How to get/order BTManager
 

I am a bit confused here as can not find any direct related information regarding this (which would be better if was posted as a thread) but it seems BTManager is a paid tracker script ?

I dont mind paying a small fees (as I read in a announcement thread) for the features it provides and seems to be the most stable tracker script available atm.

But the question is, how do I get it ?

Do I need to order from here ?

I can manager my own server and installation so should I just order the second option directly ?

Also, is the script delivery automatic and instant ?

and its not a constant paid script if you dont need support after the first month then cancel you still have a full working script

Just paid for it thought seems something is wrong with their PP gateway, my payment was done and account is charged but invoice wasnt marked paid.

Have created a support ticket (#146016) and sent Joe a PM

I conferm all invoices my self so it can take 10min to 8hrs depending on when you pay sorry

I just need to download the zip file from downloads section right ?

And setup it based on instructions included in it (if any)
I have 1 more question, do it needs any root access to setup any backend tracker or such ?

As I have my dedicated server to host it on but I always trust hostgator more than any normal servers for any small projects of mine. Can it be run in shared hosting (atleast the frontend) ?

Also, it may be just me but still left I should report this as a bug. There is something wrong with your SMTP or mail server, neither your forums sent me any mails (activation, registration) nor the client area (new account, invoice, payment confirmation).

I have checked spam and inbox both and since neither of the two sent even a single mail yet, I think there is a problem in it. I really wouldnt want to miss any important mails or news from you guys since I am gonna be using your script and system as my core for new project :war:

it can be run on a shared server yes but some of the features well not work like external torrent tracker because of the fact most of the torrents use a udp tracker announce and that announce uses fsockopen and allot of the shared servers disable this or block the ports.
as for local torrents it works fine.

BTW this is more then just a front end tracker it is a Bit Torrent Management system.

I well check on the mail server this is the first I have herd of any trouble with it.

Install is easy you need to make a data base for the script upload your files to your server then go to http://yoursite.com/setup/index.php
the setup well walk you threw the setup.

i would suggest trying another mail account other than gmail
but this is the first ive heard also ill run some test mail now please check your inbox

I did replied the mail from sales@btmanager.com

But I tried forums again today, no mail for activation yet, no forgotten password mail yet and no new acc registration mail (made a new acc again)

check spam and inbox, I cant access forum at all as I dont get any activation mail, can you please activate it manually for now ?
