if your looking for a public torrent site then torrentstrike isnt the source for you .. it is heavily modified for private tracker use and therefore it would take a whole lot of time and at least basic PHP and tracker knowledge to change it to public

if you just want to allow external torrents then you just need to rip the announce check from takeupload i think .. and possibly a few modifications to announce so it only tracks local stats .. im not a tstrike user so unfortunatly you will have to find someone who is
