website offline!

website is offline and when i try to login admin it says:

You must be logged-in to do that.

it keeps logging me out everytime! it can't be cookies issue coz i tried other browsers and had same thing..!

any help or ideas???

That is full of backdoor to a xam lol do install it your own risk
