By the way i need those function on my mod
 

vbulletin 4 [ xbt tracker ]

1) Freelech / Ratio free system
2) Freelech system by torrent file size / by user group
3) if a user has as ratio ex : 2:0 or 5:0 then the user will be changed to vip or custom usergroup
4) on some custom day as like Mary christmas day the full site be freeleech
5) for all new users the freeleech system will auto active for 1 week or for some days fixed by us.
6) if a user is not actiive on site for 6 months or some month fixed by us then the user automaticly downgrade to another usergroup.
