problem in seed file any one help and why when do new torrent not show in Tracker Categories

I swear I must be losing the plot the proper is in the updated package.

works fine perfect now has seed's and that :)
external torrents work dose not add tracker to it
so it dnt effect ratio is there away 2 make it count? thanx :)
