xampp+TS.SE.v3.1

i have problem installing xampp+TS.SE.v3.1 :

even though great things have been done with 3.1 like steys, id use 5.6
like mine in my sig

and as for most things testing on local aint always easy if you dont understand. there is free webhosting with cpanel,
byethost.com/index.php/free-hosting
or paid hosting which usually has more resources these cost $1.00 upwards a month.
id give one of these a try and id defo look into a new version of ts than the 3.1 :drink:
