Design of this source are bad.
Source is default.
There have added only some TBDEV mods and it's all.

last time i checked this thing had a security hole at shoutbox and about 600 html and css errors (still none fixed )

index.php is SQL hole - no thank you nobody want's buy it...and also there is other security holes like wolfman said....Fix it ,optimize it - then yes maybe somebody want buy...

Different anyways one fix for you in chat.php remove all spaces from after ?> and the encoding error will go :)
