I get this error

in my torrent client, when I try to seed/leech some torrent...

I make "fresh install", I don't change anything...
Any ideas ?

Like I said the problem is not the client... ;)
Whatever... I solved the problem. The problem was collation on peers table, I was set different collations for secrets.php and SQL. :)
